We want to make sure you have a great stay when you visit. We are a small property and try to accommodate our guests as best we can. Please become familiar with our policies, property amenities, etc. before you come and feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.
Pets
We have 3 house cats in the Main House. Any pets are strictly prohibited on the property – incuding the Main House, Cottage, and Townhouses.
Cancellation Policies
Spruce Lodge is not a large resort and cancellations hurt our day to day operations.
Bed and Breakfast Cancellation
Cancellations and changes must be made no later than one week prior to arrival. If cancellations are made within one week of arrival, you are responsible for your night stay or half the stay for multiple nights unless we are able to fill your reservation. If you make any changes less than one week prior to arrival that decrease the length of stay or number of guests, you will be responsible for the original reservation. The Cottage Cancellation
Cancellations and changes must be made no later than one week prior to arrival. If cancellations are made within one week of arrival, you are responsible for your night stay or half the stay for multiple nights unless we are able to fill your reservation. If you make any changes less than one week prior to arrival that decrease the length of stay or number of guests, you will be responsible for the original reservation. The Townhouse Cancellation
Cancellations made within one month prior to arrival are subject to a charge of one half the stay unless we are able to fill your reservation. If you reduce the number of nights of your stay within one month prior to arrival, you will be responsible for the original reservation.
